I rented a storage unit from Jason and Kary at their Cave Creek location and both of them were absolutely awesome! I was in and out in 15 minutes with my new unit secured! The facility is super clean and everything is automated through my phone. Best place and best people if you need extra space. Thanks again guys!

Kari is the moving storage expert. She was so accommodating and sweet and helped us with exactly what we needed. The storage facility is very new and clean. Our car fit perfectly in the space provided and was safe! We are coming back soon with valuables and will rent another unit. We highly recommend this location and the excellent management.

My company has a vehicle that is stored at this location and I had to fly in to do inventory on that van. Kary was the best help. Some of the information that was provided to me was incorrect and she was able to assist so that I could take care of what I needed to in a timely manner to keep me from having to make a second trip. Great experience! Kary was super helpful, professional and friendly. The facility is well maintained and always clean. Highlights for me are the 24 hour access, remote gate opener through their app, well lit and secure, drive-up units, and 24 hr access to a clean restroom for those long moving days.

Fabulous customer service and a super clean and organized space. I’ve been using this place for several years, and Kari and Jason are the best. So helpful and kind and they both went above and beyond for me. I had a snafu with my lock and they were incredible. Despite there now being places closer to my home, I wouldnt go anywhere else. The property and these storage units are pristine from top to bottom and very well priced. Kudos to Extra Space on Cave Creek road for making my experience pleasant and painless.
