First, the storage units and property are very nice and well maintained. That said, I have been with Bright Star RV & Mini Storage for about 6 years. When this was under direct management by the original owners, Paul and his wife, there was some flexibility if there was a difficult issue you were dealing and you could talk to the owners. As soon as this was taken over and managed by a bigger corporate company, Anytime Storage, flexibility and communication with the owners has been thrown out the window and all they care about are their legal agreements and you are completely unable to speak with the owners any longer. Just be aware of that as you will be held to the strict letter of the law of the agreement.

On-site manager is wonderful. Lot is clean and secure. The app to enter/exit the lot is real handy. The only concern I have is the width of RV covered spaces. Very tight for big rigs. The manager was kind enough to be my spotter when I needed to pull RV in/out. This place will always be my first choice if I need any type of storage. Thank you for your professionalism and outright courtesy.

Great experience using the storage it bright star, My wife and I actually moved to Chino valley in 2014 to help her 82-year-old sister out. Restored some of our belongings there until we got moved into our new trailer. Her sister passed away in July so we are moving back to Oklahoma, place to our items in storage once again as we were preparing to load and leave had a very good experience no issues at all.
