I’ve stored my RV at this facility for years and under the original owners it was fantastic—safe, well-managed, and staffed by people who cared. Unfortunately, since the new owners took over, things have gone downhill fast. They fired all the staff, no one is ever on-site, and the gates are often left wide open, even at night. I have photos proving this. The lack of security is alarming, and I no longer feel comfortable leaving my RV here. I recently pulled mine out and will not be returning. If you value the safety of your property, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have had my 5th wheel stored hear for the last 5-6 years. I like the facility it has a lot to offer. It's one of the only ones left that has someone on site. Although it's changed ownership. Hayley has been Awesome to work with! She is personable and cares about her customers! That is very hard to find. I would highly recommend Bluegate and Hayley !

We had our RV’S stored there for years but unfortunately we had to leave Az and now we are back to store them once again. Haley has always been so professional and very helpful to us!! Never had any problems with the facility or staff

Hayley in the office is extremely helpful and pleasant. She took me out through the property and let me view the available COVERED sites for my RV. Hayley also let me know what papers I needed to bring in before I got my site so we didn't waste time having to find required information which made the rental process quick and easy.

I have to agree with everyone So far that prior to the new ownership, this place was Outstanding. It clean and secure. Now they doubled the Price on rental locations without warning and the lack of security is obvious. We had to move out.
