I have had nothing but horrible experience after horrible experience with this place. Don't fall for the cheap prices because within 2 months it'll be over $100. My payment was a little late and management decided they were going to pre-emptively cut the lock, put their own lock on my unit and refused to let us into it. Manager on site can't even answer her phone. I was supposed to be in Phoenix 3 hours ago but instead I'm sitting here waiting for the site manager to decide they want to do their job. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

The office staff at Storage Sense in Flagstaff were very responsive and reliable, incredibly kind and helpful. It was nice to be able to reach people outside of office hours when I had urgent matters. Things were taken care of that I requested, and I was treated very respectfully. Compared to my experience with other storage locations, this one had a better quality by far.

Our rent went up exponentially in a short amount of time with only the subtraction of services; just kept paying more for less. We didn’t even have access to a garbage! The unit was impossible to keep clean, the pavement around was full of dirt and cinders that always ended up inside. The “roads” around the unit are uneven and dirty, making for a difficult time to pull things out and organize. $226 /mos for a 10x10 with absolutely no redeeming qualities is ridiculous. I pay $115 now and am locked in for 18 mos. You all did countless rate increases in a fraction of that time : classic bait and switch. My first month rent was less than or right around $100. You all just kept increasing rent randomly and I don’t doubt you would have continued to do so. To boot, there was never a human in the office. Not a single random time over the approximate 16 months I was there was I able to speak to someone in person. I would never recommend your business to anyone.

Fast easy done online. Had a unit in less than an hour. Called as my gate code did not work the onsite manger fixed that in 5 minutes. Unit is great, and location is perfect.
