Irony strikes again! I was helping a friend move some items to storage, but he didn’t have a storage unit anywhere yet. We looked up the closest facility and it was this location. I told him I always had good service and never had any problems with my unit at Public Storage. So based on my recommendation? We decided to go here and get him a unit. Well wouldn’t you know it, my ace in the hole, whom I was bragging about to my friend as to how helpful and friendly she is, just so happens to be managing this facility now. We spoke for a few moments while my friend got himself together to get a unit. The facility looked great and my friend was very impressed with Lynn’s demeanor, friendliness and professionalism. Again, kudos to Lynn and if this woman hasn’t gotten any recognition or a raise lately, she certainly deserves one, or rather both!!!

Today I went at my lunch break from work, to get a storage and I was helped by Carrie from the Mesa property, she was very kind and knowledgeable, I wanted to see the unit first and she took me to it. I just have totes that I want out my garage, I am very happy with her service. And I got back to work on time. Thank you Carrie
