i considered renting a storage unit and this place showed me some really good prices on a medium unit and i went through all the steps until i got to the end and then they finally tell me that good price they showed me was going to be almost fifty percent more a month then they had led me to believe because the last step is apparently buying the storage insurance that they require. twenty six dollars a month is one thing but thirty seven is too much for me. you might want to mention the actual price up front and not put me through all that thinking maybe i would not have to have so many boxes piled up around the house just to find out your bait and switch tactics had wasted a bunch of my time and more trying to get them to stop sending me text messages and emails which they stated doing before i even got to the extra charges.

I am so glad that I learned about Extra Space Storage. This is a wonderful storage space. The assistant manager Scott is awesome! The staff is friendly and professional. The building is advance in technology and so clean. You will be blown away. I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.

The price is affordable and close by for me. The customer service was excellent! Jada helped me with booking and paying for the storage. While, Scott was extremely helpful with our in person interaction. Highly recommend!

The people were friendly and easy to work with. However, I was told I would be given the "online rate" of "$38.00" and instead I was given a $44.00 rate. In my book, that is bait-and-switch. When I questioned the staff about it she said I was given the rate of the unit available, even though she had quoted me the lower rate. She really couldn't tell me why I was being given a different rate. Normally I would have found another place, however I remained for convenience sake. I don't have time at this point to shop around.

So far everything is great, reserved my unit online, was so easy and fast, went right in and got unit and lock immediately.... It's a HUGE facility and I like that storage access is open until 10pm.... That's helpful
