Was easy to sign up and pay online. My storage was too small and it wasn't a problem to change to bigger one and pay difference. I had put lock on wrong and they notified me right away. Everyone very nice. So I thought, I had to go to my storage everyday for a week, I had a business and would have to go through boxes to get merchandise. It was hot and I would sit and take break. Guy came by said I was living there and said I had to leave. I had just paid for another mo.$175 the day before.Can I take them to court small claims.

Negative: Don't book online until you drive by. Hard lesson learned for myself coming from a different state. No real room to pull in drive way. No auto gate. It's a difficult slide gate. And closing it was an even bigger pain. The drive way is not very wide. Trying to turn a truck and trailer around in here is like Austin powers trying to turn in that hallway scene. Storage was much smaller than what I thought I was getting for the price I'm paying. Had I known any of these details, before I booked online and paid, I definitely would of went somewhere else. Positive: The lady who called from the company was extremely sweet. Super nice bubbly personality. They provide a brand new lock kit for your convenience.
