Good place to store your belongings. There is no office, but when the gate needs to be fixed, someone comes from Bullhead City and fixes it on the same day! It's not like uhaul where u wait for days to fix the gate to get to your belongings. I think the price is worth it to . Small 5 by 8 for $40 a month!

I haven't had any problems except for when they were changing ownership but after that, I've had zero problems. When I need to call their number, I always get through very quick and have my questions answered. I have access to my unit with no problems any time during the day.

I'll tell you Mohave Storage is one of the very best, I posted a review about the one in Bullhead City. It's worth reading. But I'll tell you won't find any better.

The absolute worse security, prices and overall management for a storage facility. You will pay $50 for each time you use gate after closing wich is 6:30pm every day. So if you have an emergency need to access your storage here it will cost you $100. I cannot believe this company was allowed to come into Kingman and jack up the prices double and lock out as many people from their belongings as they have. I am currently in the facility at 9pm, there are no lights anywhere, and no one on premisis to protect from theft.

Friendly staff who were able to have me into a unit without any hassle. To my suprise The units where fairly clean and quite spacious.
