We had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage! Katina was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and so accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything seamless and stress-free. The unit itself is spotless, well-lit, and climate-controlled, which was very important to us. Access is easy and convenient, and the value for the price is excellent. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed storage facility!

Had the best experience getting my storage unit with John and his manager. John helped to get me a great promotional deal going on at the time, and his manager approved my military discount for the months that follow! She honors military discounts year round, which isn’t the case for other locations, so that’s really special. My storage unit was clean and in great condition, as is the entire building. The hallways and restroom are always clean. Also, it’s so refreshing walking into the nice cold air conditioning lol. Highly recommend this specific location and crew!

I needed storage near Luke AFB and let's be real...storage sites are storage sites, or so I thought. Within moments of my first visit to this facility, this was already my best storage experience. The units are spacious, and when I looked confused for just a second, manager Katina picked up on it or read my mind and was quick to help and to show me the various unit and sizes, from closet space to units big enough to be a bedroom. I needed some space, and locked on on one of the bigger units. Loading in and out was simple, and Katina was there again to help guide my way. She was friendly and even offered a helping hand without ever smothering or making me feel uncomfortable . Very natural and professional but the professional felt personable, if that makes sense. Would return anytime my storage needs require help

Katina was super nice and super helpful! we moved across country and were having trouble finding a storage facility that would allow us to have our UPack container dropped off so that we could unload into the unit and Katina was more than happy to accommodate us!! definitely recommend:)
