UPDATE: After leaving a review sharing my grievances about the monthly price increase, customer care rep Stephanie reached out to me. I appreciate the team reaching out personally to address my issues. She was kind, understanding, and receptive. In the end, they applied a lower price locked-in for the next year so I don't have to worry about any changes for the next 12 months. I appreciate this kind of service you can only find at small, family-owned businesses. I'm so glad I don't have to move to another storage company where I probably wouldn't receive such exceptional customer service. Thanks Stephanie and the entire Litchfield Easy Storage team!

Did a quick easy truck rental this morning to pick up supplies for a backyard stock tank pool project. Very reasonable pricing on a very new, clean, capable truck that made the chore a breeze. Was only $10 more for an enclosed truck versus a pickup so I didn't have to super strap everything down. The appropriate straps for the tank would have been $40 so actually saved! Would rent from this location again without hesitation. Clean, easy, we live on Luke AFB so right down the street from either gate. Staff was helpful and friendly. I have to say the new trucks with the fancy dash that helps you maximize the gas milage and the USB ports etc is not the truck I remember from even as few as 15 years ago. Great stuff U-haul, keep it up!!

Initially, I was very glad to find a storage company close to my home with good security and air conditioned units. But unfortunately I cannot overlook recent changes that convince me I might have to switch soon. What started as a promo for $25/mo, soon turned into $37.50 because they added insurance charges without notifying me nor did I request it. Now they're increasing charges to $40 and plus the insurance charges will be over $50 a month. Basically in 9 months, my monthly rent has doubled. I did not sign up for this and will soon be looking into switching storage companies. I was happy to support a family business but it's just too expensive now.

Rented a U-Haul from here. Manny was very nice and informative. Even helped us out with an extra day and miles no charge. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend renting from here!

Extremely professional & personable staff: Both mgr "Al" & asst mgr "Manny" are the best!!! Very helpful & knowledgeable! Has got to be one of the best, if Not "The" best Storage Facility in Arizona! Hands down! I Very "Highly" recommend to anyone that needs "Any" type or kind of Storage! There is None better! Great pricing too! Simply the Best! Better than All the Rest! FACT!!!
