The customer service was excellent—and the guy there (Eddie) answered all my questions. (Plus, he’s hot!) (In fact, I’ll probably go pay my bill in person just to see him again!)

David was fantastic and really helped me/walked me through all the processes that need to be done. It’s extremely straightforward on top of the fact the app is cool and I love the Bluetooth aspect. Definitely looked overwhelming in terms of trying to find my unit at first, but the layout is definitely straightforward and pretty easy to figure out where to get back to. I can’t stress the fact enough that David was extremely helpful and a really good dude and would definitely recommend using the storage facility.
