First and foremost, Christy in the front office is the best in the biz! She's always upbeat, empathetic, and makes sure any issue or question anyone has is resolved within a timely manner. Even when my old Military injuries decided to flair up a while back, she went out of her way to open my unit door for me so I wouldn't make things worse. Hands down one of the best storage locations I've used in a long time and always feel taken care there. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a solid place to store your overflow or spare vehicles!

I can’t say enough good things about CubeSmart and the customer service at this facility. I originally called the 1-800 number with some questions and honestly wasn’t sold. I needed a location close to me, but even more than that, I needed someone who was friendly, attentive, and actually willing to help. The 1-800 experience didn’t give me that. The on-site manager noticed that I stopped filling out the online form and immediately called me, saying, “I see you’re looking to move your storage here.” That alone impressed me. I had very specific questions and needs for my situation—things the call center either couldn’t answer or didn’t seem to care about. She took her time, invited me down to the facility, and personally walked me through several different units so I could choose the one that truly fit my needs. I know it’s “just storage,” but for my business and my life, it’s actually pretty intricate. She understood that, and she made sure I felt comfortable, supported, and far less stressed through the entire process. There truly need to be more people in this world like her.
