I have been a customer with usstoragecenters for going on two months. And I have dealt with Kathy every time I've come in. She is a great joy to work with, has great customer service skills she's friendly and very informative about all the units. Kathy has always gone out of her way to make the customers feel welcome and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable and storages range in variety of sizes. I beleave right now they have a 25% off your first two months. So come in and check this place out.

Wow just wow, worst customer service I’ve ever had.. anywhere. The guy at the front wouldn’t answer my call and when I went in there he had the worst attitude. The latch wouldn’t shut properly and he would not help me with anything. Hopefully I get my money back because I canceled so quick
