I spoke with Anastasia at the Greenfield/University. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable about what size storage shed I would need for my belongings that I needed to transfer from a shared storage shed to my own. The process went smoothly. She went over the process of the paperwork by phone and email. I really love the Greenfield/University location. The staff is awesome. The grounds and the units are clean and in great condition.

I have had a storage unit here for almost 2 years and for the most part it was a very good experience and Judy has been very helpful today as I am moving stuff out. The only issue we had was not getting informed of the unit increasing in price via email which has been the main form of communication. The price increased was mailed out and we never received it because they had our address wrong in the system so the price went up and we were unaware until coming in and figuring out it mailed and to the wrong house. Like I said other than that everything has stayed well protected and was overall a good experience and would recommend this facility to a friend!

I met Anastasia on a super stressful day when I was moving and had accidentally reserved a unit that wasn't climate controlled at another location. She was very helpful and professional and got me into a unit quickly so we could return the U-Haul by 5pm. The facility is clean, and seems really safe and secure.
