Great guy working the counter. Polite and efficient. But I felt bad for him having to manage the counter and show and inspect units. I ended up keeping my stuff storage unit and cancelling my car storage. You would think hiring one extra person would greatly enhance the customor service at this company. But, of course, that would dig into profits. You cannot have your cake and eat it too. Next time, I will go elsewhere.

I have used several storage facilities over the years, but this location—managed by Jose and Store Manager Kari Ried—is at the top of my list. Any time I have had a question or concern, it has been addressed promptly and professionally, and it is clear that they genuinely value their customers. I booked a unit via the web at this location. When I arrived, I met Ms. Kari, Store Manager. She took the time to explain the details of the facility. We had a delightful conversation. The facility is updated and clean. The digital access in the app is great. I definitely would recommend.
