Can’t say enough good things about this location! I feel safe here. Todd the manager has been extremely helpful to us. Making fantastic suggestions to solve problems when we needed to get a full sized moving semi in there to unload. Service is always friendly and quick when we need it. He even helped me set up the app so I have the convenience of opening the gate with the app instead of trying to find/remember a long code. Both units were clean and acquiring the units online was very easy. The units were ready for us promptly. Prices were the best we found as well . Very happy we chose to have our units here.

Great experience renting a storage unit at Extra Space Storage. The facility is great and the customer service is even better. The climate controlled facility adds to the value in the hot Arizona desert. A special thank you to Todd for making the moving day as easy as possible for the movers. Seamless process. Made initial inquiries via 877 phone call. All my questions were answered clearly. She ( sorry , did not get name) gave me options and price quotes. Todd, manager of facility made contact with me and set a meet time. Pulled into facility, was greeted at main door. He showed me the facility and found the storage unit needed. Very professional getting the paperwork completed, all information of the contract was forward and nothing hidden. Really appreciated the time Todd took to go through gate entry, both by manual keypad and digital mode. Looking forward to months of storage as needed.

I did business several times in Mesa, for a friend of mine, he had a unit at the East Mandero Ave -Extra Space, we ended up moving my friend to a different storage space and Todd the Manager there was great. I live pretty far from Mesa and Todd made getting our stuff possible for the move out. Would definitely recommend this exact location, not only just for the great customer service Todd provided but for the cleanliness of the entire property. Plus my friend needed some tools to make stuff fit, and Todd was able to provide the tools he needed to get the job done.

Best storage place I’ve ever rented from!! Love the 24 hour access option as someone who owns a theatre company and has to unload set pieces late. :) You can also directly unlock the gate from your phone which some places don’t have.
