Welcome to our NEW U-Stor Self Storage located in East Mesa at Guadalupe Rd and Ellsworth Rd. Our address is 9057 E Guadalupe Rd.

Our self storage facility features many state of the art features including ALARMS on all of the storage unit doors, digital video surveillance and electronic control access gates. We also offer FREE 24 HOUR ACCESS to your storage unit. Knowing that we offer this feature gives you the peace of mind that you can access your goods in storage anytime of the day or night.

We have a variety of storage unit sizes* ranging from 5' x 10' to as large as 10' x 30'. Our buildings are built of split face concrete block with vented pitched roofs as you would find on a house.

Best in town

I recommend this place to anybody looking for a spot that they need access to their stuff 24/:7 The place is spotless and safe thanks to management Jenn and Brian. They really pay attention and know what’s going on all the time at their facility which is awesome! They are great people and really know what they’re doing! It doesn’t take all day to fill out a bunch of paperwork like it does it some places they got it down to a science out in no time! Thank you self storage and Jenn and Brian!

I wonder what happened to my review.

Looks like they pick and choose what reviews are posted. I have been patiently for my possessions that this place has made it close to impossible to recover my things out of current paid for unit. My mother who has been in bed with unbearable back pain(went to the hospital in an ambulance 430am)has to accompany me to retrieve our items. There was no crime just a power play by the manager. She has threatened the police and now continues to withhold the items I make a living with. Good job

Hello Mr. Wise, We are not in control of the reviews which are posted. However, there are rules and regulations which all tenants and their guests must abide by when storing at this facility. Loitering on the property and in the Leased Space is not allowed. Sleeping or residing in the Leased Space constitutes CRIMINAL TRESSPASS under Arizona Statute §13-1503. You were notified of such.

It was a great experience.
