I rented a unit first 6 month. 1 month before it was due to reup I got a post card saying the promotion price was up and my unit rent was going to double. I cal lost Ed the number on the card I talked to a young man who explained that the information on card was not correct. It was a matter of "Suppy and demand" that is why the unit price was going up. I talked to his supervisor who also stated that. Th as t gave me one month to get that unit cleared out and I'm injured. This is the we mi a t crooked place I've ever delt with. DON'T RENT ANYTHING FROMCTHEM! I found another company who told me that what happened to me is how they get a lot of their business. So apparently this is common practice with Extra Space Storage.

Larry is great. He walked and drove me in the golf cart through the whole process.One thing that I really appreciate is he didn't try to oversell it. I got the space I need at a competitive price. What a relief. I got the runaround at other joints. Extra Space is lucky to have a guy like Larry.

Great experience! Super simple and smooth and hands off. I have rented a lot of storage spaces in my life. This was the best and simplest and fastest. Smooth instructions. Very professional operation. Great facility.

It's a safe place, and they monitor everything. Just can't get over the fact that they keep raising the rates. My guy that I talked to there was nothing less then a perfect employee. We chatted for 20 minutes and he agreed that they are spiking my rental rate at a high velocity. I am figuring things out, would hate to move, but may be my only option. $250 for a 5 X 10 ??

The storage units are in decent shape & staff is helpful. The lot itself is safe and secure. My biggest concern is their prices. Started at $35 per month & two months later to $65 per month & today I was charged $85. It’s the second time in a year I was up-charged. They supposedly send you a notice in the mail, I was never notified. It’s almost as if they want you to look elsewhere. My advice, shop around for a company that respects their prices & customers.
