STAY AWAY they grabb you with an excellent price tell you it's permanent only to DOUBLE your price 2 months later saying we emailed you a change in terms. They dont honor the contract they signed. They gauge you hoping you won't notice the automatic payment. HORRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY and by the way! When I rented the unit, I explicitly asked if this was a promotion rate the Answer was NO!!! I even took the contract with me to the office it had nothing about promotional rates. But nice try will be moving out this month. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE CHEATED

I had a fantastic experience at Arizona Storage Inns, and I highly recommend their 502 W. Baseline Rd. location. Before making my decision, I contacted several storage companies in the area, focusing on a few key concerns: 🔹 Keeping my belongings safe 🔹 Finding a place where I felt comfortable going alone 🔹 Assurance that I could quickly contact someone if an issue arose. Unfortunately, many of the companies I called funneled me to call center agents who aggressively pushed for a sale, making me feel like just a number. This impersonal approach left me feeling overwhelmed. Then I came across a TikTok from Arizona Storage Inns, where a man answered common questions about renting storage. This signaled to me the company cared about their customers. When I visited the W. Baseline location, I was sold! Kimberly, who signed me up, was a breath of fresh air. With more than 20 years with the company, her investment in helping people find the right solutions was evident. I noticed everyone entering the front office was treated with kindness and respect. I also appreciated the added security of individually alarmed storage units and the fact that a manager lives on-site. I trust Kimberly and David at the W. Baseline Rd. location to be there for me whenever I need them, providing peace of mind about my belongings. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
