The price that was advertised online is not real and was not honored. Plus, the woman working there would not let my helper come on the property to help me unload saying "this is not a hangout", which me being disabled upset me to my core. Nit to mention they keep trying to charge my account a couple times a day starting the next day after I paid for the first month even though I never signed up for auto pay. I've been in there since the first and they've tried to charge me more than a dozen times. Very rude and unprofessional, dishonest without a care for disabled people.

Recently came in to help a friend catch up on a payment due to him being late. The staff was extremely friendly, very helpful, and grateful. If you are ever in need of a storage unit, give consideration to Devon Self Storage. Ann and Eric were very professional while still having a sense of humor. It helped relax what I thought might be a tense situation. Thank you.
