The gentlemen working in the office are great! Came in on a Tuesday afternoon with a reservation for a unit. I didn't fully finish the booking process online, but that couldn't have gone any smoother in store. Set me up with keys in hand in less than 5 minutes. Great experience!

This location refuses to investigate attempted theft on their own property. We showed the manager physical evidence that someone tried to cut our lock with bolt cutters. We immediately asked to review camera footage to identify who did it. The manager told us to file a police report. We filed the report and returned with the official filing number. After seeing it, the manager changed his position and said they still would not review or release footage without a court order. At this point there is documented attempted theft involving their facility, their cameras, and their customers. Instead of treating this as a serious safety issue, management chose to block every step that could identify the person responsible. If someone is willing to attack a lock with bolt cutters in broad daylight, every customer should be concerned about security here. A business that advertises surveillance and safety should be willing to use those systems when a crime is attempted on their property. I am leaving this review so other customers understand how management responds when theft is attempted. I am also still waiting for a resolution and a real investigation.
