Terry was wonderful. I came early morning not knowing what size unit I made need and she asked detailed questions that guided me to the perfect size. She showed me the two options that we narrowed it down to. The pricing was clear and fair, the options on insurance and promotions were also clear and fair. The location is secure and UTTERLY CLEAN. Passing by some open units, I noticed people had their stuff stored nicely and neatly; no trashing was seen. Although I was wanting to shop around a bit more for a unit, Terry was friendly and helpful and I ended up moving forward. . Highly recommend- they also have an app that makes everything super easy to manage. Month to month gives you the ultimate flexibility.

This checks all of the boxes for a a self storage place: clean grounds, well maintained units, good security... But would really sets this place apart is Terry, the proprietor. She goes out of her way to help her customers when she has every right to say "not my problem". We recently had a complicated move staged through this Extra Space and Terry helped us get through it in a way that would have been impossible without her going above and beyond.
