So happy to have found this storage facility!! Michelle helped me from the very beginning texting info and then was there with such a warm greeting when I arrived. I felt so comfortable with the facility and so comfortable with Michelle. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. The facility was VERY clean and great security. It was a very easy process renting, getting all the codes and even a lock. There’s an app that makes it super easy to access through the garage and has all your info for your unit in it as well. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle made us feel like family the minute we walked in. I have a special needs son who is currently obsessed with garage doors and storage units and has been asking to see one for weeks. Today I took him out for ice cream and said "why not try?" Michelle greeted us warmly as I said with hesitation "Hi, my kid has autism and is obsessed with garages... We don't really...." and she immediately said come on in! Go explore 🤣 I couldn't believe our luck. I was fully prepared to be told no and have to explain that we would need to rent one to see it but that wasn't the case. We spent the next 20 minutes walking and describing the doors to each other and talking about measurements of each unit. We even got lucky enough to see an open one that was cleaned out. The smile on his face and pure joy was the best. Michelle, you made this little guy's day and I can't thank you enough for your kindness. If I ever need a storage unit there's only one place we will go to ☺️ From a functional standpoint, this place is clean, very well maintained and cold inside. I would store our vinyls and wine here without a worry. This place deserves all the business!
