Came at the whole process with great customer service, a real genuine heart of understanding, and I would recommend anyone moving in to the facility. Defiantly have a walk in appointment or online sit down set up with Michelle Ouellette. She rocks!!! Again though, thank you at Extra Space Storage and to Michelle for sure... God Bless!!!

So happy to have found this storage facility!! Michelle helped me from the very beginning texting info and then was there with such a warm greeting when I arrived. I felt so comfortable with the facility and so comfortable with Michelle. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. The facility was VERY clean and great security. It was a very easy process renting, getting all the codes and even a lock. There’s an app that makes it super easy to access through the garage and has all your info for your unit in it as well. Thank you Michelle!

I had such a wonderful experience today at Extra Space Storage thanks to Kim Clark. Customer service like this is rare these days. Kim was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly relatable. She took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right storage solution for my situation. I actually chose this location because of her. There were less expensive options, but the comfort level, professionalism, and personal attention Kim gave me made all the difference. She made what has been a very stressful process feel manageable and even encouraging. You can tell she truly cares about people, and that matters.
