Great experience transferring to a location closer to my home. Micki made everything incredibly easy and stress-free, and her customer service was truly excellent. When I realized I needed a bigger unit, she took care of it right away and made the whole process smooth. The facility is clean, secure, and very well managed. I really value face-to-face communication, and Micki creates a welcoming, community-focused environment while still keeping everything safe and professional. Overall, a great location with someone who genuinely cares. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The two women at the counter were very friendly, and helpful. Made the whole experience easy from start to finish. I believe the names were Micky and Karen? The store was also super clean! Unlike many other places I had visited before. I would highly recommend just for the customer service alone!

Mickey and Karen were friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. They worked with me and my schedule to hellp make my move in easy with late access because of my hours for work. It was a pleasurable experience and I would refer and have already referred several friends that have rented units with them.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility! Utilizing storage spaces is key for our business. We were with the previous owner and had a decent experience but it wasn't great. During the changeover it was a little challenging with the initial gentleman that we spoke with but when Micki took over she made a difficult experience and situation phenomenal! She figured out a complex challenge that we had and came up with a solution that was both positive for us and for extra storage. We were going to leave the facility entirely. After our experience with Micki we decided to keep a storage there and help with a non-profit that is staying there as well! Micki is truly a kind, professional, honest and has such integrity. She always goes the extra mile for each and every client within the facility. She even is available sometimes on her day off when the employees call to make sure that we as clients are taken care of making her dedication just remarkable. She's always positive uplifting and just a joy to be around. If we had a manager position open we would be willing to pay double whatever she's making to just snag her away that's how valuable we think she is for any company. As long as she is their managing we will be there as customers!

This is a great location. Not too busy , plenty of carts to use if you're by yourself moving. Requested to move to a different unit. They did it with no problems ,MICKI FALKENBURY is an amazing person, she made sure everthing was easy to do and fast.. Also, they're open till 10 PM, which is great.Because a lot of us work and it's hard to get places during business hours. I will Most definitely use these facilities again If needed.
