She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. The facility is clean and the indoor climate-controlled units are exactly what I need for my business inventory. However, the customer service experience felt a bit forced. I’d prefer to give a review based on the long-term quality of the service rather than being pushed to scan a barcode for a 5-star rating based on a quick compliment. ​A great review should be earned over time through consistent service. For those moving in, the units are solid, but I highly recommend coming during the day as the surrounding area can be sketchy. 4 stars for the facility itself.

Tina is a manager at my location at Cave Creek and Greenway and she went and helped me tremendously on saving my unit helping me be able to pay it when I really didn’t have a bunch of money to pay it and worked with me and went out of her way to help she even called me that night I was supposed to come in and pay some money down, but I did not make enough money to do so so I thought and so I called her back cause I couldn’t answer right away thank goodness she was still there And she even stayed after to help me after closing and help me run the money through on my card save my unit. She’s just a wonderful person. I’m very nice. Very kind. We joked a lot. You know about it and you know giggled and high-fived when it was done. She’s just amazing. Amazing Manager I couldn’t ask for a better person to deal with honestly. She needs a massive raise for the HELP she gave me
