Clean, accessible, climate controlled, professional. Kristyn P. (Store Manager) was a huge help to me today. I had multiple questions and needed clarification on what it takes to get a unit at this location, which she answered confidently and professionally. She was very well versed with the information I was needing. I was pleasantly surprised to see how large and accessible the building was and the unit we chose with Kristen's help was perfect size for what we need. The units are clean and temperature controlled and there are security measures in place that give me peace of mind. I was happy to learn that the first month was free, except for a nominal admin fee and lock fee, as I will only be using this unit short term. There are no minimums for length of stay and they are willing to work with you when it comes to moving out day. They have large flatbed carts and oversized elevators available. The price is cheaper if you choose basement or second floor option, which I was lucky to get a basement unit 10x10. There are various sizes to choose from though. I highly recommend renting here. Kristen's professionalism and knowledge sealed the deal for me.

We had a great experience with this storage facility! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from day one. They went out of their way to accommodate the timing for our PODS drop-off and pickup, which made the whole moving process much smoother. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access—no hassle getting in or out. Customer service was consistently excellent, and it really felt like they cared about making things convenient for us. Overall, highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, secure storage option with a team that actually takes care of their customers.
