New management took over and since there has no access to the facility gate keypads don't work gates don't open, somehow there's junkies walking around people with guns walking around units getting broken into I'm sure, the office windows are broken out, people are living there. No one answers phone calls so I guess your just expected to pay rent for a unit you can't even access unless you break onto the property. Don't rent here Update now January 27th in the past week a randomly renter started chaining the door open and closed was approached by him while taking photos of this mess and he stated he is opening and closing the gate but he isn't an employee there the exit gate is broken held with a chain and that's your only in and out is the exit now

Inexpensive. I just purchased a unit there after two other awful experiences at other facilities (i.e employees) So far, I have no issues to speak of. 🚫 I recommend Fast & EZ Self Storage any day over any other Storage facility in Phoenix. Also I want to point out that the manager that is there on site David... in My opinion, deserves a raise.!! 🏅David's outstanding professionalism, dedication, and respectful conduct shouldn't go without acknowledgement. These qualities are hard to come by. After all, It's only a Storage facility right. I think I've made My point. Thank You David, and Fast & EZ Self Storage🏆

There has been a recent change of ownership and the exit gate is being left wide open, while the entry gate is chained shut. My unit was broken into with there being no daytime security whatsoever. I have been calling for assistance and no calls returned. Not sure what's happening with the ownership change, but inside there is trash all over by the dumpsters that haven't been emptied in weeks and nobody is there to assist.

Worst experience ever! They stole my storage and I lost thousands. They didn’t even care and they have no one watching their gate. I had to spend again on movers since the new management is a disaster. They have thief’s going in and out and the gates are broken. Do not store here!
