This new guy is refusing to unlock the gate as it says here for our value customers I have two units and im trying to transfer everything to one and he won't unlock the damn gate.when it states here clearly on the gate the sign they put up.but he dont wanna honor it.smh I might as well take my business else where this is ridiculous!!THE WHOLE TIME IVE BEEN HERE I NEVER SEEN HOMELESS PEOPLE IN HERE AT ALL NOT ONCE SO HES MORE WORRIED ABOUT THE HOMELESS PEOPLE THEN THE VALUE CUSTOMER THATS DUMB CUZ THE PEOPLE THAT COME IN HERE THEY HAVE UNITS HERE TOO.NOT ONE EVER SEEN A SQUATTER IN HERE OR SOMEONE THAT DOESNT HAVE A UNIT HERE INSIDE THE GATE.SO IDK WHAT HES TALKING ABOUT THE LOCATION IS GREAT I LKVE THIS PLACE ITS ALWAYS CLEAN AND CALM NEVER NO JUNKIES HANGING AROUND AT ALL AROUND HERE.

honestly the nicest people to deal with. I buy auctions and the manager was very helpful in getting my paperwork handled and let me in the units with no delay. what a great guy and clean facility. getting in and out of parking lot was a bit tricky but doable. highly recomme d us storage centers.
