Spot I have in contract had a boat in it

I had my car towed to the facility after getting a spot assigned to me via contract. The spot had a boat in it. The tow truck driver had to put it in a different spot. I was told the car was going to be moved to the correct spot and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve heard no update in a week regarding this. I asked for photographs of my car before and after it was moved so I could verify there was no damage done and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve heard nothing since then.
