Local business owner - Best facility around

This facility has it all. Great atmosphere and clean units. I have no idea why everyone that needs storage isn't renting from this place. It is next to the Arizona Culinary Institute and is by far the best and newest facility around. It is family owned, and not a chain and members of the Chamber of Commerce. Definitely a win for us and management has always been good every time I call or need help. They even gave me a free water bottle (nice too).
