The staff on site is helpful, service first approach and flexible! Compared to Storage Now the policies at Storquest a little more flexible. The rates are on market and the clean, professional feel is easy to work within while visiting the unit! They have talk radio on during their hours which is nice. Oh, only suggestion, bring your own lock. The new current locks are very particular and I will not recommend them. Life too short for a bad lock that takes multiple attempts to open. Terry b

Rented a 10 x 10, place is so clean and the staff are beyond awesome. Josh, who is the manager is very nice and doesn’t pressure you to rent. Dawnna, works at the front desk is super nice as well and it’s just a very friendly environment. The units have high ceilings which is wonderful. I checked out 4 others places and ended up back at this place, which was the first place I checked out. Priced well and like I mentioned earlier very clean.

I cannot say enough about Josh the Manager at the 94th St Scottsdale location! Storquest needs more Josh’s, knowledgeable, professional, personable, just a complete pleasure, he was there to help with an unpleasant situation! Donna was also pleasant, but Josh definitely goes the extra mile and should not go unnoticed!!
