So impressed with CubeSmart! The facility is spotless - clearly well-maintained and taken care of on a regular basis. The staff was equally impressive: friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel welcome right away and answered every question I had. It’s rare to find a storage facility that nails both cleanliness and customer service, but this place does. Highly recommend!

Have been a customer for many years and never have had any problems. I gave them a 4 star rating only because whenever I previously had to change my payment information they would take it over the phone because with the previous owners they were able to take it and not have to go through any system. Now I have to either go in to pay or go online to enter my info and state how I want the payment process I want. Also now they charge fee for credit card payment and before it changed names they never did. It used to be called Surprise Mini Storage, now I guess Cube Smart. So it being that they took over, of course they’ll pull every penny they can, and during this time that everyone is strggling with the economy every penny in our pockets means a lot, otherwise I would’ve given them a five star.

After assigning the rental agreement to obtain the storage unit as well as purchasing their lock for an additional $17 I arrived at the facility at 3pm to find that the access code given to me to get into the facility did not work. I was transferred around to three different people and after 20 minutes of waiting, they granted me a 24 hour access code. There is no one available on the property to assist me even though they should’ve been there until 5 PM. I know I’m not able to access the property until I meet with somebody during their normal business hours on Monday. once I arrived at my unit, I found that the lock I was told would be in the unit was not there. I called their office once again and was bounced around with a few different people resulting in another 30 minute wait. They said they were not able to get me a lock at this time and had no one on the property to assist me.

Chad was very helpful. He really went above and beyond, I can tell that he really cares! Now I feel so confident with my upcoming move ! I Definitely recommend this place.

helped my son move last week. we did an online move in and it was so easy. my lock was in a cute little bag inside my son's storage unit!! adorable! and he can even open the gate using the CubeSmart app! this was so easy and everything is so clean.
