Only 4 Stars, because the district manager would not honor online pricing, which rep said they could do. Jessica & Eric very nice customer service.

I had a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful experience getting my storage unit. The young lady... I forgot her name... was SO helpful and polite. She explained everything slowly and patiently. She also help me with my things. Thank you for having such caring employees.
