Public Storage - Surprise - 13360 W Willow Ave

The storage unit was clean and staff friendly and helpful.Although I did get miss information about the 1 month free, I joined with the 1 month free promotion, which usual means 1 month free. I asked when I would owe the money for the last week and ahalf of October that i would owe. I was told that would not owe til the 20th of Oct. However on the first I started receiving phone calls about my payment. I am confused to why they call it a month free when it's really not, because you have to pay before the months up. Also ask employees should be informed and up to date of the policy so there is no confusion.

The lady that helped me get everything set up was friendly and knowledgeable. So far everything has been great.

Eric was very helpful from start to finish. This was a long distance move and he made this process very painless. Would definitely use them again.
