This is my first time renting a storage unit and I have to say first the place is clean, it’s climate controlled well, and feels safe. The best part was Janae though, I went and began the process online and shortly after completing I received a call from her. She was absolutely stellar. She walked me through what I agreed to just to make sure I knew cause Lordy it’s a lot of paperwork and initially I was like speeding through. When I went to go claim my unit (cause you have to do that, who knew) Janae was super accommodating since I didn’t get off work till after 4pm. When I arrived she greeted me with a huge smile. Walked me through the building to my unit, showed me how to get in and the best way to my unit. She also gave me tips for renting since it’s my first time. I had been dreading this process and putting it off for a while but because of Janae I felt more secure and I needed that reassurance. Also if Lonnie is anything like Janae I’m sure anyone would to come and store their precious belongings at this storage facility.

I love this storage facility! Transferred from Public Storage and it is a night and day experience! Customer service here is amazing! Security is amazing! Lani & Janae were super friendly & helpful with getting my lock issue taken care of. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a storage facility!

Lonnie and Janae were absolutely amazing. Everything was explained so well. Lonnie walked us to our storage unit. He made sure we were able to operate the locking mechanism and stayed with us to verify our pass code worked. They were a pleasure to meet and were top notch representatives of SmartStop.

He explained the rental process thoroughly; he made sure to show us the easiest route to our unit and made sure we understood how to open and lock our storage unit; he also made sure we knew how to access the security gates. On a personal note, he is truly a great guy and a very fine representative of SmartStop.

Lonnie & Janae were awesome! I have utilized storage at this facility for many years. I always received outstanding customer service. The premise is always clean, secure, and easy to get around in. Having outside contractors deliver goods is an easy process. Would highly recommend this SmartStop location!
