The manager at this location, Melissa, is the best storage unit manager I've ever interacted with. And ive rented units all over the country with every major company. I normally dread dealing with storage rental because staff often tend to be overly serious for some reason, but she was SO kind, SO understanding, and SO helpful, she put me right at ease renting and made me feel very taken care of. She's got a fantastic demeanor that perfectly balances A+ professionalism and being just the right amount of funny/casual to make you laugh in between going over the facts. I am going through a bad breakup and moving to my own place so I'm feeling very anxious and alone lately, but Melissa was so kind handling my questions and checking in my reservation that for a moment in an otherwise horrible low point in my life, she made me smile and feel like things might actually be okay. I also love her compassionate attitude towards some of the lower income customers. She treats and talks about them with genuine respect, and in return they keep an eye on things when management isn't around and seem to even become some of the best clients because they are that grateful to be treated with dignity. You can tell staff and customers really look out for each other here, and the rates were also extremely reasonable for the area. I'm excited to get moving forward with my life and independence now, and for once don't feel taken advantage of by a company as a single woman trying to navigate things on my own. Thank you for giving me one less thing to stress about and something to actually feel relaxed about! (I don't think "relaxed" has ever entered my brain in regards to a storage unit before, so that's new!! I love it! Thanks Melissa

I recently rented a storage unit here and had a great experience overall—largely thanks to Melissa, the manager. She is incredibly fast, organized, and genuinely attentive. When I struggled with the entry doors during move-in (you have to enter the code each time you access the building), she noticed right away and remotely assisted me, which made a huge difference. Her customer service is truly top-notch. The unit itself is clean and well-kept, and the facility appears to be maintained regularly. However, there are a few things future renters should be aware of. The building’s entry system could be more user-friendly during move-in, as repeatedly entering the code can be inconvenient—especially when carrying items. Additionally, the top 20% of each unit is very easily accessible from neighboring units. The metal sheeting stops about 4–5 feet below the ceiling, leaving only two support rails between units at the top. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend storing high-value or easily movable items. Overall, Melissa’s excellent service makes the experience much smoother, and the facility is clean and functional, but the design of the units may not be ideal for everyone depending on what you're storing

The manager was very patient with my mom and I and she was very knowledgeable. She was very helpful and kind. The storage building is very nice and organized. They have great security and cameras. It’s ac ventilated and they have a nice storage unit.

The facility is nice and the attendants are helpful. Our issue is with their practice of raising rates. We were great customers, paid a quarter in advance initially and then on auto pay, never been late or caused issues. They kept raising our rate!! We ended up buying and insulating a connex for our needs to avoid the rising rates at Extra Space storage.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was my second time storing with them. Just as great as the last. Climate control really protected all my belongings.
