Will who manages Ft. Lowell Self Storage took his own time to not only show me the unit but also made a tool to help me get the door to full height and even has plans to repair the rubber bottom gasket. All that and he helped me guide our equipment into the space. Then he got me an easy to remember access code. The access hours are very generous and space clean and well cared for.

Reserved and paid for a unit online. Received an email stating I need to go into the office to complete the reservation. Arrived at 3:40pm, sign said they close at 5pm. No one came to the door, rang the bell 3 times and called the emergency number and the number posted on the door!!! I had 2 vehicles full and we were not able to get in! What a waste of time!!! And they have my money!!!

Dirty cob webs everywhere, after intro offer they tried to jack up my payment . On sight manager lives there but refuses to help customers that at 9pm and 1 second are locked in at night .. had to call 911 . Then I moved to a better more professional company .

Stay away. After 2 months, raised my monthly rent. A few months later said I must have insurance issued my them, at $13 / mo, then raised my rent again 6 months later.
