To start off with this is the dustiest dirtiest storage unit I have ever rented and while renting for a short time the rent continually increased. This review is based off of my final experience with the facility; When I cleared out the storage unit I called the storage facility and left a voice mail to inform them I was needing to end my lease agreement. This was unfortunately a few days before I was due to be charged again. I did not hear back after my call and noticed I had been charged another months rent. I reached out and was told they were not able to help with anything payment related but would send my information to someone who could help. I did not hear back and had to reach out again after sending over an email with the requested information in it. When I called back I was informed they had still failed to end my lease in their system and I had to send another email to complete this process. If I had not called again I would be getting charged once again for an empty storage unit and on this call I was also told someone was surely going to be able to help me with this. Today I got an email back informing me nothing will be done about this, I don’t understand why I am being charged for an empty storage unit or why I need to continue to call to try to resolve this. Again, if I had not called a 3rd time I would be charged for another months rent and nobody at this facility has any way to help. I will never rent at this facility again. It should be understood that when people are in the midst of moving they very likely will not get the 10 days notice submitted. There has been no help or flexibility with this issue, any other company would have done better. *After writing this review I was able to get refunded for the month my unit was empty, because of this I adjusted my rating*

Absolutely horrible. They've raised my rent like 5 times in 9 months. Who does that?
