Water in my unit 92

There is water in my unit and I didn’t realize it till the second trip the next then I seen two open units that also had water in them as well do all your units get water inside is that why u require renters in’s but that should of been disclose

Tim, Our manager has reached out to you about your concern. Unfortunately with the single-digit temperatures in Arkansas, one of the sprinkler pipes burst in a vacant unit which was out of our control.
