Superior Storage - Centerton

Jackie was super helpful in getting us setup for the storage unit that we were in need of in a timely manner. She even provided her cell phone number if we needed to reach out to her after hours. We could not have asked for a better person to assist us in the process! She is always quick to respond and always greets you with a smile! The only issue I could see being a problem in the future is the security gate is broken. We thought it was to be fixed this week but it appears to still be broken as of yesterday.

When we moved here we had drove for 2 days and we were super exhausted. We needed a storage asap because things fell apart and we had nowhere to put our stuff. We pulled it to the closest storage (Superior Storage in Centerton), the staff was so amazing they pulled up competitors rates in the area for the size we needed. They saved us so much hassle. I want to thank them so much cuz I know we were tired and cranky. But they were so understanding and got everything done so quick we could relax and rest before unloading. I can’t express how much that meant to our family. Thank you again!

Jennifer and Melissa went out of their way for me today and I’m truly grateful. Very friendly and professional. I could have lost my storage I just bought at auction if they didn’t go out of their way to do the right thing. Thanks so much ladies
