I love the office staff and the storage facility. We first rented from them last year when we moved and needed a place to stash extra items until our home was ready. We loved the friendliness of the office so much, the security of and affordability of the units that we just rented a unit again for one of our trailers. I highly recommend contacting them if you need storage.

This facility is clean, well lite and super accommodating. The staff is amazing and have been from the first day we walked into their office to see about renting a couple of units. Anytime we call the office about something we always get exactly what we need. Highly recommend Conway Mega Storage!

"Items were stolen from our truck..." May 2021, we parked our dually truck in storage while we were working out of state until September 2021. When we put our own lock on the door, I noticed that all the locked doors around us had the same lock. I asked about that was told no identical lock was required. This should have been my first clue. I set up auto pay and the third month received a late notice for non-payment. When I called to remedy the situation, I was told that the "computer" must have kicked out the payment card. I was able to set it up again without paying the late fee... good. However, the manager also informed me that there was no lock on the door to our rented space... what?!? We had installed the lock ourselves. He would gladly put a lock on for us, which he did. When we returned in September, the lock I had seen on all the other doors was now on "our" door. When we opened the door, our truck looked to be as we left it, until we opened the truck box in the bed of the truck. Someone had jimmied the locking mechanism on the box and stolen everything that was in the box. Fortunately, we had not left tools, only about $900 worth of hitch, stabilization bars, locks, balls, & pins. We have no proof, but believe the thief to be the manager at the time. I write this because the person who was manager in September when we returned stated that the former manager was released "because they had problems with him." I am writing this review now, because we are again looking for a storage solution for our RV. I'd like to say we wouldn't hesitate to store our property at Conway Boat & RV Mega Storage, but I can't.

The staff is exceptionally professional and courteous. It’s very clean- as close to white glove immaculate as you can get. I talked to another tenant and they said they’ve never seen or had any issues with bugs or rodents and they’ve been here 2+ years- never any issues with water or heat damage. Each unit has its own personal gate code. Not only does it let you in the gate but deactivates the alarm on the specific unit- So if someone follows another driver in and tries to open your unit an alarm will sound. Very secure. I feel my valuables will be safe and protected. The easy rolling door allows for two personal locks to add for extra security. My 10yo was able to lift the door without assistance. The ceiling height is probably the tallest in Conway. Plenty of room to store your items. I rented a 10x30 unit for my 3bd/2ba home. I feel very confident that all our possessions will fit without having to play a game of Tetris to make it all fit. The driveway between buildings is wide and generous, allowing for two moving trucks on either side and room to allow for other drivers to still pass in between. Highly recommend!!

The person at the front desk was very helpful with getting me an accurate storage unit to store my belongings as well as explaining everything in detail to me about the rental agreement and how the storage facility works. Will definitely use them again in the future!!!
