Amanda Henderson (Austin)I specifically chose to rent from this location because it was gated AND they would let you access your unit 24/7 with a gate code. Then they were bought out by SROA & the price went up by $10/mo. Plus they no longer allowed 24/7 access, it was just like 8 am to 10 pm. I'm sorry but it's not like you have somebody on site that you'd have to pay! I've never seen anyone working in the office & when I tried to make a payment once, it was locked during scheduled "open" hours. It's my stuff & I'm paying you.. I should have access whenever I need!
