Luckily, Joy helped me. She explained all my payment options clearly and guided me through making a payment on the automated system. Just sad though that my online account still not fixed. Thanks to her help and I felt supported the entire time. Excellent customer service!

Overpriced, awful, awful customer service charges.You wrong prices and a drop as a hat, but I'd like to raise your storage fee without notice as well as they do not honor their own contract. This is the worst facility.Do not use them.I do not recommend anybody using them.They lied, so it was a secured facility, and it is not.There is gaps in the storage unit that allowed bugs and mice to get in and chewed on everything. They do not take care of their storage facility at all.They will not work with you.They will not refund you any type of money at all for damages.To your property and they like to go in your store's unit.Anytime they feel like it.

You will be at the mercy of a corporation who overcharges you many fees even upon their mistakes. As I said, a hard no for me and save yourself now and make a hard pass for you too.
WantTheTruthWhen I set up my account on line and made my first payment the website didn't allow me to set up a username and gate code. When I went to sign in, it kept giving me an error username or password in incorrect. When they opened I called and got Mitzi. She set me up a temp password, waited till I was signed in. Then she instructed me how to change my password and assigned my gate code. Excellent customer service. Thank you Mitzi
