Only 2 issues. They don't honor the 1st month free, storage offer for uhaul even though you are recommended by uhaul as a storage and drop off center. Also the storage locker is located off property and I don't feel our belongings are fully protected and had to purchase insurance. Mary, however, was extremely kind and very helpful. Proficient in all necessary. Thank you Mary.

Took my grandfather to his storage near Hot Springs Village to grab a few things we needed for a family function we were having later that day. Upon leaving we noticed we had a flat tire. My grandfather could not change it because of poor health. I have AAA and called them but was a 2 to 3 hour wait for them to get to us. We waited in the afternoon heat because my car's AC is broken, and there very little shade in this particular area. We waited around 30 minutes and a nice gentleman came up to us on a golf cart and introduced himself to us as "Matt" the manager of CubeSmart . He said hello to me and my grandfather and also noticed my grandfather's veteran cap he had on and thanked my grandfather or his service. He asked if there was anything he could help us with, and I quickly pointed out the flat tire. Matt said he would be more than happy to take care of it . He looked into my trunk, and discovered I did not have a jack. He said it was not a problem he would be back in 5 minutes. When he came back, he had two bottles of cold water for myself and my grandfather and a jack from his own car. I thought that was so nice for him to think about us like that. He quickly changed our tire and we were able to continue with our day and most importantly our family function . My grandfather wanted to compensate him as he was soaked with sweat and dirt from changing the tire, but Matt refused and again thanked my grandfather for his service and gave him a CubeSmart business card with the store phone number written down and said to call him anytime if there is anything that we might need. We can't thank Matt enough for saving the day. He is an awesome guy! Glad to know there are some people out there that still care about others. CubeSmart is a great place if you need storage in the Hot Springs area . Very close to Hot Springs Village . Manager “Matt” makes all the difference. Customer service at its best !

Amazing!! So easy to finalize the rental on line but then the customer service from Mary was above and beyond!! Can’t say enough about this place. My truck broke down as we were loading our boat into storage and Mary was so incredibly helpful. Just great people, great prices and I am thrilled with the unit.
