To be forced to purchase insurance in a rat infested dump only to have management deny damage to all of your property even when you sent them photographic evidence of water damage, rat infestation, and they have the audacity to tell the insurance company that they forced you to purchase that they can find an damage to your unit. I will not store garbage here.

The facility was easy to access and the grounds were clean. The unit itself was clear of items and roomy. The concrete floor could use a little power washing to remove some of the oily looking streaks. Looks like someone may have stored a small car, motorcycle or some type of ATV that was leaking oil. Not ideal for storing items like mattresses but everything else was great. My items were safe and I did not encounter any issues. The location was also easy to find. On the initial visit, no one was ever in the office there. I made four trips that same day. I had to call corporate. I tried a week later and still no one in office. That could have been due to current changes. I don’t know. I would use this facility again.

Came in to rent a unit and had an amazing experience! Josalin was super helpful and made the whole process easy. The place is clean, feels safe, and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend if you need some extra storage space.

Being able to get everything completed online was great especially when moving is so time consuming and stressful. Life is busy and being able to knock out a whole trip has been really nice.

It was really convenient and not hard to get a storage here in which I have used them in the past ...and they been a good safe place to put my stuff in
