Erin ScogginsToday was my first visit to the facility and almost immediately when I arrived (and was lost) A very nice young man named Jacob gave me a rundown of the workings Like, time in, time out etc.. I was there for my ex-husband dropping some things off at his unit SO was unfamiliar with protocol and just where the unit was in general lol. Needless to say it was a very pleasant experience and Jacob was More than happy to actually walk us to the unit and we chatted a couple more times after that as he was walking around double checking that every unit in facility was locked which I thought was above and beyond!
