Sarah was so helpful and pleasant. She arrived early for our viewing..and on Labor Day! I was extremely impressed with her timeliness. She also helped me in looking at any of the units I was wanting to see, with great customer service. I have never had a storage unit before. Sarah made the experience great.

Sarah and Ron did a great job in bad weather on renting this unit, there was a small computer ginch but Sarah work through it. Aver all visit was A+ will see how the place does for the future

If you need to access your unit with any kind of reliability, I would not rent here. I rented a unit and on the 4th day was not able to get into the facility because both gates were not operational. Several tenants were outside attempting to get into their units to no avail. Some were losing money after hiring help to move equipment. One could not access his boat for a holiday weekend. Customer service was not helpful, only to let me know they have had several calls but would not provide an estimate of when access would be restored. They went on to say repair service would not be obtained on weekends and holidays. One of the tenants informed me this happens on a regular basis. Customer service informed me they would not prorate the rent for the days lost as this is not their policy. I asked for a supervisor but was told he/she was busy and would call me back, which did not happen. I found another unit at another storage facility and called Red Dot to inform them of my policy that I do not pay businesses that do not provide the service I pay for and got a refund. At the time of this review, a tenant may receive a refund if you are not satisfied within 5 days, minus a $20 service fee.

Getting a storage wit Red Dot was very easy. The price was right in my budget and Ynneke Customer service rap was easy to talk too. She explain everything to me, broken everything down. And I really appreciate that.
