I have used this facility for storing personal items. I like the indoor unit- element that this property has. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. Check this place out, if you like to store your items indoors with climate controls. Matt is always very friendly and helpful in the office when I need something.
Lailana AndradeI really would love to give Jocelyn Medina a 100/10 for service. She is super sweet, kind, informative, patient and went above and beyond when helping me. She helped me with accessing my husband’s storage, walked me over to it, and even helped me with the jammed door. She noticed I was a bit hesitant to go to the unit alone and offered to go with me. As a female, I am so thankful she was there today because it made me feel safe. You’re awesome Jocelyn and never change who you are!
MelissaThis is the worst. I’ve never ever had a bad experience with this or any storage before. Their digital access is a nightmare and they will not work with you. Extra Space Storage and Jason the manager don’t care about if you having access to your items. All they care about is their money. That’s it. I’ve been here 2 days in a row now to move out and yesterday had to wait almost 1 hour for someone to come. And today again no access. I’ve been here for more than an hour already. These are my only 2 days off. Julie is the ONLY helpful and knowledgeable person here. If you wanna waste your time , come store your things here.
