My experience in securing a unit at Extra Space Storage in Burbank went extremely smoothly. I talked to Val about unit prices and selected a 10x20 unit to inspect. The unit was clean and within a reasonable distance from the elevator. I decided to rent the unit, Val prepared the paperwork and I signed them on their computer. The entire process from beginning to end took less than 30 minutes. That is incredible. Very satisfied.

Val is wonderful and he made me very happy. He walked me through all my options and explained how all the units worked. He walked me through online sign up and I got the extract unit I wanted. When I had an issue with my card he reversed the charges for my error and helped me fix it. Yay!

Hooray, I just closed out my account with this place. It was 5x8 and the complex was always clean and well maintained. The staff was phenomenal and very helpful at each stage of the rental. The one big negative was the ever growing monthly RATE. Ouch. This is not the fault is the staff it's just how pricey storage units are. There is usually a promotional rate, but after the promotion is over, Look out, but the increase happen quickly and aren't just annually. They are sometimes every few months. Triple check your contact to confirm what those increases will be I give them points for letting you know When and how much the rates will go up so you can't say you didn't know. My rental space fee was automatically deducted, and I was NEVER late, but there may be late fees as well so be aware of this. Overall it was a a professional but costly experience. Good luck.

They follow through, they communicate well, and they make sure you have what you need without any hassle. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which really gives me peace of mind.
