I feel that did not get my first month...

I feel that did not get my first month at 50% off. Also, I did not a receipt from the lady who checked me in. She asked me to pay her $ 238.00 and told me my next payment was due June 1st. Please if you can send me a receipt I would really appreciate it. Thank you Luciel keola

Excellent Customer Service

The person in charge (Samantha) was extremely helpful and efficient. She showed the unit to me, we discussed the amount of storage and type. The transaction was processed without fuss (no paperwork). The times for access to the storage 6:30am to 9:30pm are extremely convenient.
